In the spring of 2015, I followed my friend and reporting partner Damaris Colhoun to Montreal, photographing A Tribe Called Red for her an article on the power of Tribe’s music to attract Indigenous and non-indigenous audiences alike, and the tensions it’s creating, published on The Guardian.
